Pennsylvania’s Online Poker Marketplace Forecasting

At the end of October of 2017, the Pennsylvania will become the fourth state of U.S. to legalize Internet gambling. The Senate and House of Representatives of the state have shown a green signal for the game and have approved a gaming bill on which Governor Tom Wolf will and make it a law.

Chris Grove, Gaming industry analyst who publishes OnlinePokerReport and news for other online gaming outlets, after this move of the state, predicts an almost immediate increase in revenue of the state. The Global Poker Index has announced its date of American poker award.

The announcement is done on the Twitter account of GPI. According to the declaration, the GPI American Poker third annual Award will take place at the Sofitel Hotel in Beverly Hills. The date for the ceremony is also declared. It will take place on 23 February 2017.

Complete schedule of the award ceremony will go like this; the event will kick off with the conference of American Poker. Timing for the same will be from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. At the conference the panels will discuss on the player’s requirement, formats of town hall and industry collaboration.

The PokerStars Sunday Grand NLHE event that was on last weekend saw Ben Tollerene aka Ben86 win for a large sum of $62,457.85.

Ben is not only a pro player in the circles, but he also is one of the unquiet ones. The Sunday tournament of $1,050 saw him leave with a sum several times that figure. Tollerene has also been in the news due to the altercation he had with Doug Polk, who is considered as a guru when it comes to playing with high stakes.
